I am a clinically trained healthcare professional with a passion for improving patient outcomes and strengthening healthcare system performance. With experience in acute care within large academic medical centers and advanced training in health systems management, I bring a unique ability to bridge clinical teams, leadership, and industry partners. Clinical Foundation

I'm currently a Senior Occupational Therapist in a large academic medical center. I work daily in high-acuity, fast-paced environments where collaboration and clinical judgment are essential. I partner closely with interdisciplinary teams to manage complex patients, optimize functional outcomes, and ensure care is safe, efficient, and patient-centered.

 

My frontline experience has given me a deep understanding of clinical workflows, provider challenges, and the factors that influence successful implementation within hospital systems.

 

 

Implementation & Impact

My work has centered on designing and implementing initiatives that improve care delivery, staff engagement, and operational performance. This includes leading quality improvement projects to reduce hospital readmissions, developing early mobilization mentorship and implementation programs to standardize practice and support interdisciplinary teams, and advancing sustainability efforts through health system supply chain reform. Across these initiatives, I have partnered with clinicians, administrators, and operational leaders to translate complex challenges into actionable, measurable solutions.
